Most of us seldom makes the time and effort to go for yearly medical checkup. I , myself, am scared stiff of going... well, I am scared of several things.. for one, the thought of going, two, the smell of medicines and disinfectant at the clinic or hospital, and most of all, I am so scared of hearing a negative result.. It's the big 'WHAT IF'?
What if its something bad? what if......................... the list goes on...
Anyway, I know its not healthy to have this negative thoughts. One should face their fear and make it a habit to get the medical examination done yearly.. But still, knowing the benefits of it is one thing but really put in the effort and going through the medical examination is another. No matter what others say, it still scares me to bits.
Whoever thought of ourselves being unhealthy. When an insurance guy calls up on us, we tell them we are super fit! thats cause we are not sick. What about inside of us? How do we know for sure , right?
Someone close to me actually is even more scared of hospital and worst the encounter with a doctor. But because of the delays he put up to visit a doctor, he was later found to be Cancer positive. Should he have reached out to us, he would have known he will not face this alone. Ignoring the symtoms he's having, getting it check 2 years late doesnt help. Luckily, everyone of us is very supportive and encouraging. People say, normally when one is lost they turn to God. .. Hey, its true... I know he's feeling very sad and down inside even if he's trying to show us he's strong. I have never seen him broke down in spirit before .. it was during the reading of the biopsy results that i truly understand his fears.... his fears of pain, his fears of leaving everyone behind, .. he's not ready..
I am glad he's chose to fight this............... and I am confident he will succeed !

Challenges
While many who are under employed seems to think those business "Taokeys" (Big Boss) earns high income easily... Sap Sap Sui (in cantonese or easily in english) .. Many who are not employers would never imagine the kinds of obstacles these "Taokeys" faced daily..
"Taokeys" 's general issues faced each day would be expanding their business to generate more profits for the company. By expanding, he/she will need to increase overheads of the company, otherwise their work may not meet customers' standards, this will lead to bad reputation of the company. With these increase in staffs, he/she will face increase in costing. In order to maintain the loyalties of staffs, "Taokeys" must make sure company makes good profits to give annual increments and bonuses. Good staffs are hard to come by. Good staffs are defined as hard working, efficient, punctual, not calculative and loyal.
Besides internal issues to deal with, "Taokeys" also faces external issues. Such as customers, customers' staffs, some politics within their customers company .. etc. He/she must copt with all these issues smoothly, politically if not easily
In order to expand, "Taokeys" must make sure the company has sufficient funds to face the new challenges. Otherwise, solutions to these sort of issues must be ever ready...
If internal staffs within the company cannot work as a team, then "Taokeys" will have a heavier head... Because this will lead to bad service standards and will have negative effect on the company..
How and what should Taokeys do?.....
Most importantly, take care of health first... supplements, vitamins, protections, preventions.... Dont wait till the last moment ..

GOOD JUDGEMENT
Whilst others are gossiping on the recent fuel hike and political issues being published almost on a daily basis, some are actually feeling the pinch from the after effect of the economic situation or shall we call the the economic 'downfall'?
The most affected parties are those in the small retail businesses or those in the service industries. Not only has the buying power dropped but bad debts has also increased. Some cant pay their rentals, some has problem keeping staffs, some has problem employing staffs .. apparently, the salary they can afford to hire a helper is not attractive enough. Money spent on advertisement for vacancies could cost between RM30 - RM50 daily, printing for at least 10 days, yet not bringing any positive results.
Some companies are really over the board. They have high demand yet they are the worst in keeping payment up to date. They are the group who complaint a lot, expecting more than they are paying for, they call for your service at odd hours and demanded to be served there and then. With all these demands met, they don't even thought of paying their outstanding bill on time.
While they are happily taking advantages of others, they don't care if the other party are suffering and in a difficult situation.
A lot of us do not know how to differentiate being taken advantage of and building rapport with that person.

I am in a dilemma .. on changes in personality
Is one easily influenced by the group of friends one has?
Is it true that you can prejudge a person from their friends or groups ?
Is it possible for a powerful influential person become a follower instead, even if it has a negative impact ?
Is it not an achievement for one to reach a status quo ?
yet subconsciously influenced by friends to go backwards , becoming ignorance of their actions be it good or bad ?
Is it possible for a person with a mature and good judge of character acting like naive kids who has just reached puberty?
Could it be fear of aging , or fear of losing out to their friends or is it for popularity?

Desire
We had a girls' gathering at my new shop recently. Most of them met for the first time. Introductions was done as casual as possible to avoid awkward feelings amongst themselves. I noticed everyone kept to themselves initially, it was quite difficult to persuade them to give their opinions on the project. However, I am glad the meeting ended beautifully because it has achieved its goal.
From my observation of each participants that I realize one can only be successful in whatever he/she sets his/her mind to, comes more from the desire within themselves. They must want it badly enough and understand that they have to stay focus, works towards their goals, sacrifices of their time, not to give up half way........ they must understand hurdles cannot be avoided. Hurdles are everywhere, they appear whenever no one is expecting, they seems to overstay each of their visits...
Giving up before giving your best will haunt you for life. Wasting time regretting your actions will haunt you for life. Regretting not having a positive mind and over coming the hurdles will haunt you for life. Waiting for the right time to continue where you left off and never ever find the right time will haunt you for life. Allowing opinions and negative feedbacks to affect your concentrations will lead to negative results thus it will haunt you for life.
The same goes for "Letting your love slip by for the fear of failure in relationships will haunt you for life"

A Meaningful Story
A boy was born to a couple after eleven years of marriage.
The boy was the gem to this loving couple..
One morning the husband saw a bottle of medicine on the table. Being late for
office he could only asked
his wife to keep it in the cupboard.
His wife, preoccupied in the kitchen totally forgot the matter.
The boy saw the bottle, fascinated by its colour and drank it all.
Such huge dosages turned fatal to the child. He collapsed. The mother
hurried him to the hospital. He died.
The mother was stunned. She was terrified how she was going to face her
husband.
When the distraught father came to the hospital and saw the dead
child, he looked at his wife and uttered just five words.

YOUNGER GENERATION
I had recently interviewed afew and came across youngsters who are living a very comfy lifestyle compared to the past generations. They started having their own cars when they reached teen age, started dating at very young age, no curfews for them, able to buy or treat friends for drinks maybe a way to show their generosity or maturity or independancy or.... ?? They spent alot, because they were not taught the value of money. They possessed expensive mobile phones even though they are unemployed. Money seems to "rain" upon them very easily. Some of these kids dont even come from well off families. Where do they find the money to enjoy such carefree lifestyle? Late nights, datings , treating friends for meals & drinks, own transports.... What will become of our next generation? They dont even know some have to work a whole month for RM500 of pay. This amount of money can only last these over pampered kids for two weeks or the most three. They are mostly in the 20s category.
These kids are very good in maths. Tell them to work a month for RM500, after much consideration, they think its not worth their time. They dont care or dont want to work their way up the corporate ladder. They just want to jump out from a plane and land on top the corporate ladder!!.. How long do you think they can survive on the Directors' seat or CEO position? Ok, .. Manager's position... Do you think they know what makes a good leader? Do you think they know what is "managing a profitable business"...? Or better still, Do you think they know how to earn money? They are not getting enough exposure to lead a team or manage a company. Honestly, I think they dont know how to take care of themselves.
Alot of youngsters nowadays chose to be in the sales industry. Be it any sales. Whatever the company is selling as long as they are a SALESMAN!!! Why?? Simply for the freedom. They dont have to be stucked in an office the whole day. They can be with anyone they like, be it friends or enemies or lovers... or they can even go home for a good nap. They never taught of producing results. They always have an excuse. Excuses eg. dont know what the customer wants, dont know how to sell, dont know who to sell to, dont know how to handle objections... blah blah blah... How do they know how to overcome all these if they never do sales even though they are SALESMEN!!
Let me clear your doubts. I finally understood some of them. They just want to get paid. Ask them to fill up marketing reports and plan a week ahead, and you know what happen? They RESIGN!! They cant be tied down by it. They are too commited to their relaxed lifestyle. Payday gives them money for enjoyment. They dont want to prove themselves. They dont even know their own strength. They dont know themselves. They dont think about 10 years ahead, what will become of them. Would they have a family of their own? How much would his income be?
A saying goes like this : "If you dont want to be in the same situation five years from now, then first thing to do is change yourself " "You must first change yourself before you can change your situation" . Change your mindset. Set a goal for yourself. How could you change your situation if you dont change yourself?
A speaker once told us a story of her son. Her son is not serious in his studies. He does not care if his results are the best, just so long as he passed. One day, she realised that his results will not be able to get him into any Uni. Not even the local Uni. She thought carefully on how she should handle this situation. One fine day, her son was at home napping in the living room. She brought him the newspaper and woke him up. She talked to him about his results, alerting him of the consequences. Her son simply said "Its still a long way before i finished my studies. Why Worry, Mom?" She had anticipated his reply and prepared her respond for it. She said "Son, i want you to turn the newspaper to the Classified Ads. What positions in there do you see suits your results?" ... He browsed through the managerial post, then the executive post, the supervisory post, ... he didnt looked lower than the management levels.. His mom helped him to find one post which is so "for him"? Its a waiter post in a Hotel. She said "Son, see! I found you a job! You will be able to work in a Hotel. You will get paid serving your friends meals when they go there.. How nice? Now, you go to hotel for meals and drinks, dad and myself are paying for it, next time you dont need to pay to drink in that hotel. You get paid by them for serving customers." .. How about it? Why not apply for it and give it a try? Her son went very quiet. No comments. However, that afternoon was the last time she reminded her son of the importance of studies. He woke up from his fantasy life and was a changed man after that.
I guess the thoughts serving his own friends meals and drinks is not his cup of tea after all...........

I am back... because a message woke me up ..

Yupe.. we only live once, we dont know how long we have to achieve our goals, we should always greet every obstacles, problems with an open mind, think before we leap, try and try till we cant try no more and most importantly give ourselves happiness.
My grandpa is 96 years old, quite healthy for his age, he seldom uses his wheelchair, he always enjoy family gatherings with all his kids , grandkids, grandkids' kids (what's the term for this) .. he has out lived all his brothers. He happened to be the only one migrated to Malaysia. They all stayed behind in China. He didnt get any education. Married young. Has many kids, which means i have many aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces...etc. (still i didnt collect much during chinese new year) Even though he didnt get much education, but he has a mind for business and to have his money work for him.
I have great respect for him (which i think i ought to tell him so). To me, he is the most intelligent, steady (our local term for responsible person), quiet man, monitored the share market like a hawk, firm and strict with his kids. During the last recession , the share market drops drastically (like never before). Everyone stopped investing. They were worried, their money stucked, wasted and they are losing bit by bit of it each day. My aunty was a remisier then. She told us, during those bad times, she had only one customer. That customer happened to be her father, my grandpa. He took the opportunity to invest more. He monitored his accounts everyday. Never sold a single share. I'll leave it to you gals and guys to guess how much he made when he finally sold his shares..........
Now, this is one man who is not afraid to take risks. None of his kids dare to advise him on ways or ideas to make money or manage their company. None of them dares to make any decision without his consent. He is after all still the King of the house.
I should go to him for some business advises but..... his hearing is terrible even when he had the hearing aid on!!! bad reception...
One issue I know for sure... his kids visits him very often so that he's not lonely. Chat with him, or chatting among themselves while he sits in his chair dozing off because he's still in control of his property and money. hmmm.... I know my statements here may sound abit cold, sarcastic maybe but it is a fact. Money talks. A wise man once told me that money looks down on people, money chooses who it wants to be with. I am very surprise none of his kids are as successful as him. They dont live in poverty but none of them inherited his intelligence or make time or opportunity to learn from him. Its sad. At his age, he's still supporting some of them, even supported some of his grandkids through university. They even asked him for a car when they came back from University. They need transport for work. He also contributed for their weddings. Can you believe that? At his age, ..its like his children never grew up

Plans & Strategies
I believed in every move we make , it would be wise to plan ahead and strategize. There must always be a Plan B, Plan C, Plan D and if possible another Plan E.. Another extra 4 plans to counter any unforseen circumstances should be "safe", right gals and guys?
Anyway, what happen was I ran out of plans because I only had 2 or 3 extra plans but seems that I had more hurdles in my life than I hope for. I have to KaoTao (bow) to my destiny. I am not born with a silver spoon. More like work, and work your butt off. Back to my story, I used up all my marketing skills, not accounting skills because I suck at that category. Big time. A guy I met once told me he failed in his business because he hates maths, hates all the small prined figures in one sheet of paper.. I must admit he is one marketing master. He has the right product the right location for business the right crowd... everything from surface looks perfect. Till one day, his shop remained closed for days and later we found he and his whole family has moved away in the mddle of night!! It was very sad for all of us.. we all missed the food he served
So, in order for me to avoid all the ugly scenes, I have a few mentors and his story as a lesson I must keep in mind. Arming with these "shields", I am ready for my on going never ending of battle in my business , that is if I am not distracted by the unnecessaries. You see, I happen to be an emotional person. It sucks!! I can handle any problems except the ones link to emotional. It really sucks!! I tried to meditate but I cant concentrate. Everything is crowded in my mind. Gosh..... Worst of all, I regard betrayal from the person I placed my trust with, as a sin that's not worth forgiving. I know this is my weakness. I know if i learn to forgive I wouldnt suffer so much. But I also have this fear, if I forgive, then I forget, leads to me being absent minded and negligent, leads to me being betrayed again - worst if by the same person.. Any idea how i can improve so that I am bullet proof from this sort of unneccessary pain in my heart??

Ever since the construction for a Hotel started, our dobi business has dropped. After enquiring from customers and friends, we were informed our original signage is not clear. Some people dont even know we are a laundry shop!! Not only have the construction affected our business, it seems the whole stretch of shophouses are suffering because of it. They have even close up the road for their constructions convenience. We doubt they even apply for it. This is a public road, how can anyone just close it up??? Well, that's Malaysia for you.

HEALTH SCREEN
Do you know anyone who has never done a full body medical check up?

Well, let me tell you what i know and understand so far....
On an average scale :-
those in their late teens to 20s feel they are at the peak of their life, nothing would ever happen , they will not end up in a hospital seeking treatments, surgery is out of the question too because they are too young. They often see and hear about older people landing up in hospital. But NO,... definitely, NOT them.. yes?
One true story.. a girl age 25 was admitted to a specialist hospital after complaining of acute stomach/abdominal pain. Her family and herself of course, never thought she would end up in the surgery room on emergency basis. Initially, they thought she was suffering from food poisoning... Hey!, NO!! After enduring the pain.... Really pain pain, ok?.. for 2 - 3 days, and after being poke with needles for blood tests and etc... and after being checked by few different doctors,.. they finally know whats her problem. She had a cyst in her ovary. Now, you tell me.. A girl in her 20s , has anyone in her family ever suspected a cyst in her ovary or even her.... Does it ever occur to her? She didnt cry much,.. she is a very independent and strong will person , because she did not want to scare her mom, who is by the way, has been crying her eyes out.. She is scared , she is lost , she dont know whats happening, what went wrong.. her 25 year old girl is having this problem at this young age...
Now, come the 30s.... sure, they are aware of illnesses around.. sure they care of their health, sure they would go for treatments, sure they are not naive to think nothings ever going to happen,.... but they are to busy or lazy to take action.. its always in their minds to go for check up but they just couldnt find the time and are too stingy to spent for such check up.. They always tell themselves they should go, but they also tell themselves to wait another day another day another day........... some are too scared to know the results..

She was feeling depressed and moody of recent. It seems age is catching up to her. Being in her early 40s, she has tried to think positively, she knows she still look OK compared to some of her friends. To start an exercise or even turn exercise into a hobby has been in her mind for years now but she is just too lazy. Excuses such as "oh, just had my hair wash, tomorrow i'll start", "i am so tired, i need a nap, i'll do it when i wake up later", "the weather... its going to rain anytime now (even though she had bought a treadmill can is inside the house)... etc.

On their way back home, she decide to ask him as tactfully as she knows how.. Well, she wouldnt know his respond till she try, right? she thinks to herself. She chose to ask in a joking manner, teasing him of the way he looks at older women.. Gosh, but that woman has got Style!! .. She may not be a beauty, but she's an eye catcher.. for her Style.
He of course defended and argued gently over it. Saying "nonsense, you're being over sensitive, you're framing me, how could you be so unsure of yourself when you are many times more beautiful than her, younger too ..."
By the end of the conversation, he demaded an apology from her !!! He said she's making him sounds like a dirty old man, accusing him of things he didnt do,... therefore, an apology is essential...

I was informed by my hair stylist of the many different types wigs recently.
I was at one of my friend's boutique and saw that her hair looks different , kind of well styled. She told me she has a wig on once she saw me staring at her. I always wanted to grow my hair long, but for years, i never succeeded in doing so. One obvious reason is my hair never had the chance to relax from chemicals. I would perm my hair once in every two months, coloured it every month, highlight ( i love to do striking red highlight, preferably red from Joico), and recently i straightened my hair!!! A first in many years. Those who had known me for years just couldnt believe what I have done.. However, I am pleased to received positive comments.
I wanted to get a wig for a different look. I especially envied those gals with soft natural straight and thick hair. I wante a bob style look. Thinking of getting a bob style look but my hair stylist advised me to try a different type of wig.. It comes in 9 batches in one set.. you can clip on batch by batch on your head, its every long... so , i had it dyed to match my hair.. its made in china, 100% human hair, very soft too...
I look great!! I can even curlingtong it!! TADA!! Another different look.........

China Dolls
I was informed one of my friend, working in the sales line, is having a mid life crisis now.
I think I should start from the begining of his story. At least the begining that I am aware of at that time. I was introduce to him by an aquaintance of ours. He was very young then, only early 30s. He's still considered young now. That time, his sales was booming. And I say really "BOOMING". He was earning at least a minimum of RM20K monthly. He did not come from a wealthy family background and he did not had any higher education, only the basics and minimum.
Can you imagine a guy who had never enjoy trips to overseas, properties to own, jewelleries to give............ no money to spend, suddenly is earning an income he never imagine able to before? What would happen to him? Would you like to guess?
There he was, at his prime time, considered as the high and mighty by his sales colleague. He was always the NO. 1 salesman in the company. If he ranks no. 2 one week before the month ends, he will strived for sales. He would make calls, he would visits his prospects for follow ups, he would work those extra hours.. because he knows he will only reach No. 1 through hard work. Then his friends invited him out for clubbing. Well, why not? he thought. After all, he can afford to treat his friends now.
His friends not only want to be treated for drinks. They wanted companions too. They brought him to one night club famous for Chinese Girls (China Dolls)from China. He spent money like a king that night. Even though he has the money , lots of it, to spend but he doesnt know the Rules of the Game when it comes to China Dolls .. Do you? ? NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CONTACT NO TO THEM..DONT STICK TO ONE CHINA DOLL , THERE'S PLENTY AROUND TO CHOOSE FROM..
Wow, finally a girl , fair and pretty, is interested in him. She'll call him , talk to him in her sweetest voice, a good listener, a girl who understand him at last. When we knew he had a "china doll girlfriend", we smile but deep down we feel for him . We fear the worst for him. He got hooked. His china doll cant stop asking for gifts, he cant stop giving. She goes " Lau Kung, (Husband)" He goes "soft and melt"
Finally, he is now in trouble because he couldnt concentrate on his work ever since he met his china doll. Worst of all, his China Doll wants to leave him because he cant afford to keep her any longer. It all voice down to MONEY. NO MONEY NO TALK. She left for China, he is in pain waiting for her return.
Those who knows of his situation couldnt comment or talk to him. He should know. He is not in a state to accept the truth yet. His love has left. His love was there for him , for his money only. He is devastated now.
A man i know who has worked in China for 7 years told me that china girls cannot be trusted. They dont know the meaning of love and they are not capable to love. They love you when you have a well of wealth. You will go back to an empty home once they know your well has dried up. Thats Love, my friends.
Another told me, those who wants to keep a China Doll for 3 months has to pay 10K. This amount is for her to send back to China. This does not include paying for a house to keep her in, shopping , food... Is it worth the spending? With RM10K, you could get at least 50 china dolls for 1 hour each. Rich businessman can afford this but not salesman. Can this type of businessman accept the fact that one day his son brings home a china doll or even a local prostitute and tell him he's in love and wants to marry this girl? A girl that many men has used. A girl who has been violated in ways you could only imagine. A girl he will never know if she practises safe sex with all sorts of different men. A girl who might be a carrier for STD . Will she be a threat to his son's health? A girl who has professed love to many many men. A girl , that if she is back in China, would be paying or giving money to her man and not take money from man.
I can guarantee that Daddy will forbid his son to marry this girl. Because daddy is also paying for their services. It may not be the same girl.

IS IT LOVE?
Love.. A four letter word ., a short word yet it has huge meaning to it. It can mean parental love, love between lovers, family love, love for a friend, love between spouses, love for pets..
Some people may mistook the meaning of love. Some interpret obsessions for another as being in love for him/her. When such occur, the other party might feel being forced into the relationship which do not allowed him/her some space or time to do what they like. Everyone loves spending time chatting up with friends, making new friends, gossiping, hanging out with friends they have known half of their lives. As such, sadness are buried deep inside for his/her loss of freedom. He/she lives in a lonely world with only the existence of the other party. Is it love? Being in love is a beautiful moment, a never-ending moment full of brightness in your life, understanding of each other's needs and wants, being your own self... Some fear of losing the person dearest to them so they become over possessive without realising they have already lost their love.
Sometimes love is interpreted in poems or in stories. One I heard of many years ago goes like this :-
Both boy and girl was sitting on the swings. Not a word was said through out their time spent together. When it was time to leave , they both felt they have said so much and left with a sense of fulfillment and happiness.
Sometimes " Silence is Golden ". Not many have the same chance as the boy and girl above. When it does happen, you will treasure that memories you both shared.
My uncle told me his secret for a successful marriage is " to be deaf and mute whenever your auntie speaks ". I laughed at his advise but I know there is no better way to handle a woman than being deaf and mute.
I heard my friend advising another to keep track of her spouse's movement, to be with him as much as possible,... "Always be seen with him" she said. This is to prevent any extra activities that might happen between the husband and " a woman who has not existed yet". Everyone will know who his wife is. They believed if their husband falls head over heels with another, they will lost his love . Children is their only excuses for doing so. However, men will always consider their family as their one and only treasure that cannot be "Bought". His children will bear his surname. He must protect and care for them. Women must try to be tackful when handling situation like this, try to be more understaning towards your spouse, give him space for breathing, to be around his friends. Alot of women are giving excuses such as above for their doings. They know they should not be doing such things to stress her husband but children is always the ' reason '. I find this is only an excuse. In actual fact, they are afraid of being embarrassed or ridicule by their friends. They are afraid that they will have shortage of money once their husband love another. Deep down they do know their husbands will always care for the children first. It is themselves that they are most worried of. Would they still have the "power to negotiate". Women as such lacks of self esteem, do not like to mix with friends, but they are good at saving money for rainy days.
Is this Love? Would you like to be in the husband's shoes? Being judge and punish before a crime happen.

OUR GOAL IN LIFE
He is now the founder of a big company , business in food industry. It wasnt easy to start it off initially. He didnt come from a well off family. He didnt had the chance to further his studies like his friends. He wasnt born with a silver spoon.
He sat in his office recalling the earlier days of his career. Those late nights , planning his strategies , managing with the little funds he had saved up through the years of working double shifts, those nights entertaining customers & potential suppliers or those whoever are influential enough to get him link with big shots. He even took up Japanese language classes at nights. He has made many sacrifices , especially his time to himself, money he must save , for he had a dream. In order to achieve his dream, he understands that his sacrifices are necessary and will be worth. He didnt have time for a partner or a pet. His focus is clear. Only one dream only one chance.
He chosed to work in companies relating to the food industry, learning and understanding their work flow. He knows it is utmost important to understand , he is not there to just work for wages only. He worked in different companies, 5 companies at least, in different departments, but all companies are in the food line of business. He saved up 70% of his wages, spending the balance only on his daily needs. He doesnt mind not having a girlfriend, he doesnt have the time for one and of course, how could he affords to have a girlfriend now?
The time has come. He is ready to start his business. He gathered some of his ex colleagues from his previous employment, inviting them to join him. Some of them were to scared to join, some adventurers type jump at the chance. So, he started his company, it was difficult initially. He had to get through this no matter how difficult it may seem because he was so sure this is his destiny. He wanted to turn his dream into a reality. He wanted it so badly. He did not want to fail but he made a promise to himself. He will not stop trying until he succeeds.

All of us must have a dream. A dream you wanted to turn into reality very badly. Set a goal for yourself. It must be realistic. Focus and work towards your dream , your goal in life.

First Road Show
It was the company's first road show. We were promoting the RAKKU shoe wheel and GCLife products - Lose Weight The Healthy Way
Two days at one of the Shopping Mall, and we were quite surprised of the turnout and responds from passers-by and those working around the area. We met a few nice characters and of course a few chatty types..
Scenario 1
We were about to close our stall on our first day, when a man approached. I noticed one of our salesman was explaining to him ,... but not verbally.. They were both exchanging words by writing on a piece of paper. Actually, it was behind one of the flyers for the products. Out of curiosity, i approached both of them, and realise they were writing because the man was mute. He's experiencing constipation, indigestion problem. I introduced him our GCLife Cleanse Plus, which is fiber in powdered form, gave him instructions on taking the products. I am sure he will feel much much better in three days time, provided he drinks plenty of H20
Scenario 2
Another guy came up to us, enquired about the article printed on our flyers. It was about a man, aged 61 , suffering from diabetes condition. He under went leg amputations three times up to his knee because his wound would not heal. He needed the wheelchair, was depressed, worried and in pain. The man wanted to know if our products can guarantee to heal diabetic patients. How about that?? ... I read in a book before, some guy asked the author if his products can guarantee him more returns. The author's reply was "Can Havard University guarantee you a job when you graduate from there?" "Can a Harvard graduate earn more than a Monash University graduate? Are all these guaranteed?"

I agree with the author,.. its all within ourselves. If we are hard working, put alot of afforts in our work, not afraid to try and try again after each and every fall we experienced, then i say we will surely reached our desired goal. You must have the desire to succeed. Same goes to the man who asked to be guaranteed. A diabetic patient has to watch his or her diet, take medicines, do not snacks on crackers and sweet delicacies etc... Its not easy, but prevention is better than cure. This man was actually asking on behalf of his friend whose nerves has 'died' from too much insulin injections. He left after thinking he could not get alot of residue income from introducing the products to his friend. What a Friend!
I am very sad when he just turn and left., shaking his head.. I do hope my friends would rather see me get well fast (if i am sickly) then trying to make quick Bucks out of my conditions. True friends are hard to come by. Be true and sincere to those who befriended us for who we are. Not what they can get in return by being friendly with us. Do you have a True Friend? One who will always be there for you when you are in need, one who will not ask and never even cross his or her mind to receive any benefits out of helping you... Open your eyes open your ears open your heart.. who do you see?
We are hoping to hear from everyone we met during our road show very soon...............

Short Story
They started shouting out to her "Your dad's here! Quick! .. Hey! your dad's here! " .. She ran as quickly as she could from the back of the house to the gate. She was jumping with joy, she's going home. She's been there the whole day playing with her friends. But one whole day of playing for her is quite tiresome, she longed for her home.. she longed to lounge on her sofa back at home, be a couch potato, watching her cartoon shows, one at a time....
They had been playing at the back of the house, climbing trees, watching the fish swim in the very small pond... the grass was not cut. She was not used to this sort of environment. it's quite 'dirty' , she thought to herself.. she yearned to go home, to her cozy contented environment where she felt safe, nothing bad ever happen there,.... oh, how she thought she will be in her safe place in 15 minutes time.. she ran as fast as she could to the gate to greet her dad.
She was about to call out to her dad, she had to abrubtly stop at her tracks. The man standing in front of her was not her dad... what's happen? what's going on? .. she turn to the back, saw her friends running up to her. actually, they were laughing at her. one or two of them even call out to her.. "hey, go on... call him dad!.. that's your dad! ..." and they continue to laugh.. She couldnt understand why her friends had played such a cruel joke on her. She loves her dad. That's not her dad. But the way they joke made her look again at the man , he was smiling to her now. He had a warm smile. A familiar smile. Same smile a dad would give to a daughter or son... She was only 8 years old, how could she feels this? how can a 8 years old feel so confused? yet ................ what's happening inside her mind?

What I Learnt Recently
Hei u gals & guys... u know what? One insurance lady met up with me after losing contact for like .. 10 years.. anyway, she mentioned a seminar she attended recently co-joined between Prudential and Amanah Raya and she told me she gathered alot of info on the Malaysian distributor act.. All this while, i heard of "Will" , even believed that everyone should at least prepared one - its for the family when they are no longer around to provide for..
But do we actually understand "Will" .. How does it help us when we are no longer around?.. How about , how sure are we that our property is properly distributed as per our wishes..?.. i checked around few companies' websites on any info i can gather and gosh! boy, am i still blur...!!
Do those who has made "Will" ever make time to update it?? How many of us ever come across to doing it??
Will comment more when i have more info and appreciate any info anyone can share..
