ABUSE

What does abuse means? What is it all about?

There are a few types of abuses; physically , emotionally, mentally, verbal..

The most common ones are verbal, emotional and mentally abuses that are being taken for granted. Some to the extend that the victims themselves are unaware of until it is too late to change or avoid the situation. Whilst the dominant subject has incorporated this into his daily ritual. Usually during the initial stage of these abuses the dominant subject will feel guilty that he/she is capable of causing such hurt to the other person. As time pass by, as many times as the victim forgives and forgets, these abuse grew stronger till there is no turning back. Even more so that it inflict fear in the victim. The victim will be so alert in his/her behavior when around the dominant subject. He/she will be careful not to upset the dominant subject.

Some victims would try ways to please the dominant subject hoping he/she can see they are worth their love. But do you think its worth the try? How long do you think the dominant subject is smart enough to see that ? After all the years of abusing and some even enjoy tormenting the victims, do you think the dominant subject is willing to give it up? The more the victim tries, the more the dominant subject sees the victim as pathetic human being , a waste of the population that need to be taken care of, of course in his own ways..

Many around are being verbally and emotionally abused. When this happen, the victims usually suffer in silent and are confused. They dont know if they should leave or try to change the dominant subjects. Of course alot chose the later and suffered even longer until there was no way out. The victims has never showed anger or retaliate back for so long that if they were to try, the dominant subject will abuse more and more and in ways that would inflict fear. Once the victim shows fear, the dominant subject will enjoy using the same method to feel the power of control over the victim

Wow ! 2nd Branch... This 30+ year old friend of mine, Alvin, has finally open the 2nd branch of his Alvin Interior Deco at One Jaya, Jalan Song, Kuching, Sarawak. This branch will concentrate on latest wallpapers for houses. Alvin Interior Deco started his business with providing curtains and interior decorating.

Flanked by reporters and VIP, Datuk Alfred Yap and invited guests, he managed to do a smooth ceremony . Children enjoyed 2 shows of Lion Dance which is a traditional chinese culture in Malaysia. Datuk Alfred Yap, with his opening speech, talked about the different living standards in Kuching in the past and now. Children now over spent to keep up to the trend whereby children in the past was taught to study hard, get good grades, saves money for rainy days and to reach the top. Who are we to blame?

FRIEND OR FIEND??

I hate it when someone wants to be friends , not because they are friendly, not because they are nice or whatever BUT its because they have ulterior motives.  

I am so mad I feel like shouting #@%$ (please mind my language but I am so pissed!) . This woman that I met at my Customer's office was a pain from day 1 i know her till ....... (dont know when it's going to end). Every month when I go there to collect payment, she will give plenty of excuses such as her Boss is not in town, the cheque was wrongly issued, I was late in submitting my invoice... etc. We closed every last day of the month and I submit my invoice latest 2nd day of the following month. Is that late?? How late is it that I cannot collect payment? 

You know, every follow up calls I made to her will always end up with AMWAY! Honestly, I really dont know how AMWAY train their distributors. Are they so uneducated that they cant tell from right to wrong anymore? I have joined AMWAY before back many years ago.. That reason is unacceptable because I can always use somebody else's name! I finally joined under her , hoping she will give up bugging me. The late payment is not an issue but I really cannot stand her calls and nagging on I should buy this or that, my house needs this or that, my dogs need this or that, my kids needs all those vitamins, I should use AMWAY water filter because its the BEST in the world! The most stupid thing she suggested was that I should use AMWAY detergent and stain removers for my laundry business. Can you imagine my cost??? . One thing I want to learn from AMWAY is how the heck they are able to train distributors to be so committed and crazy over sales?? What is the technique they use? Maybe I can duplicate it on my own group of agents... Before any of my readers say not every distributors are like this woman., please, she is not the first AMWAY distributor that is getting on my nerves..

After I join, she pass me the payment. The cheque was dated 3rd of the month, I got it end of the month when I fill in the membership forms and paid for it.

She found a newly established vendor. Encourage her employers to switch from my company to the new one. Giving lame excuses eg her employer wants to give them a try and that they will use back our service in the near future. Hey, I couldnt be bothered.. To me, its MERDEKA (FREEDOM!) from her. I dont need to hear her telling me I need to buy this and that... then I can see my cheque.. I dont need to hear her voice anymore. Isn't it cool? Since I don't make any profit from their business at all considering the money I need to spend, the pestering I get from her. The STRESS I have to endure. I really dont like the way she tried talking me into buying stuffs that I dont need. The way she do it is like threatening my business indirectly.. At first, I obliged her. In the end I felt I would be more at ease without their business support.

Today, she called again. She got the chick to say "How are you? Have you receive the AMAGRAM (monthly magazine from AMWAY)? Thought I call to tell you they are having trade in promo now and I think you should consider. Plus we have alot of other offers. It does not mean we cannot be friends even if we are using the new vendor. We are still friends. Don't worry, we will surely switch back to your service in the near future. We are just testing their quality and service" . Hearing her comments, I quickly told her that they should continue supporting the new vendor. Am sure the quality and service are in top form. Why does she need to find fault?

I really pity the new vendor. Just open for business and she met this woman! Of all the person in the World. Giving fake promises and lots of pestering. I can feel for her.

I am so happy my AMWAY membership is expiring next month and I am definitely NOT renewing it. Hopefully by then, I wouldnt be hearing from her ever again!!!!!!

I LOST WEIGHT

I finally LOST the KG i gained in 2008!! ... am so happy...

2 months ago, my 'Boss' from Kuala Lumpur, came for a visit. He proposed that I should consider wearing slacks to work. His reason (nicely phrase) was I have fair skin and may encounter problem when dealing with female customers. So, wearing slacks when dealing with females may prevent them from feeling insecure of themselves. .. I dont know how true this is...

Anyway, because of the 6 KG i gained, I have since started to wear dresses with high heels. You can see some of my heels in "my collection" archive. (By the way, I bought few new shoes today.. oohh... nice) . So, I challenged him, told him if he could help me to regain back my original weight , I may consider to wear slacks. I dont like to wear pants, my waist is too small and my bottom too big.. (I leave it to your imaginations how it turn out when i wear pants)..

He passed me a product with cactus Hoodia as one of their main ingredients.  I didnt feel hungry all the time. It was so convenient. Just shake it, drink it first thing in the morning, that's it. everyday for the past 2 and a half months and I LOST 6 KG!! Wow! unbelievable.. I thought there is no more hope for me to lose weight anymore. I spent so much time looking for products to slim down. Spent so much money trying out slimming products yet i gained more weight.

I have lost my stubborn fats, my blood glucose has even gone down from 6.2 to 5.2... wow!

What can I say?? I am so happy... I am planning to lose some more... wish me luck!

JEALOUSY

Is Jealousy acceptable? Is it human nature? Personally I feel Jealousy is an emotion that everyone has. If there is one person you feel has no jealousy feeling at all, then you are Wrong. He / She never shows any jealousy emotions because He / She is good at controlling their emotions. Some may regard this as having very good EQ. Female genders are more out spoken when it comes to emotional issues whereby male genders tend to keep their feelings to themselves. (I am not from the male gender. But my guess is maybe they feel it would be safer to pretend nothing happen. Best to keep quiet. Or else the night would never end. hahaha)

So, back to my question. Is it acceptable? ............. Yes?...........No?.............Don't know?..............

Some women complaint their partners do not care for them. Why? because they said their partners are not the jealous type. .. One girl said she will feel so high and in love all over again if her boyfriend can just show some jealousy emotions for Once. One Time. Just One Time. (maybe she should be careful what she wished for. One time can lead to Two times and Three times and on and on. Then its break off time or stuck for life )

One guy said how he wished his new bride is still the same woman before exchanging their vows. Before becoming MR. & MRS. , he has the freedom to hang out with his friends and his MS. has never complaint or control him. Now, his MRS. told him "You are now a married man. Why are you still hanging out with your friends every night? Don't go out. " Is this a case of jealousy? or Is this a case of Queen Control? Let's face it Ladies, Girls, Aunties, Women of all walks of life. We tend to be more protective after exchanging vows. Why? Is it Love? Are we insecure? Is it because we don't trust the other half to make the right decision when meeting opposite sex? ... Nah! We are just being loving , right Girls?

MEN. Give us women a break. Try to be more considerate. We are after all the Sensitive types. We are such good listeners that we listen to each and every word you say. Word by word. We then opt to read between the lines. Of course we also try to be a facial fortune teller by reading the signs from your expressions. (Scary huh?.. i hope i did not scare off all the single guys out there). But we, women, will always be there by your side, when you are sick, when you are sad, when you are happy and of course when you are rich.. Its not that we are after your money, we just want to teach you the skill of saving money for rainy days (if possible, in women's bank account) :)

MY EXPERIENCE WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED POLICEMAN

Set my alarm to ring at 7.00am last night. Had a feeling I will be late if I do not set my alarm. Why? Because I have been crazy "planting crops" in my FaceBook... hahaha...  I must not be late as I have to send a guest off to airport by 10am.

Upon reaching the Kuching International Airport, an unidentified 'policeman' came up to my car at the driver's side. Without saying anything He knocked real hard on my car's window. I got the shock of my life! As if that's not enough to shock me, He cant stop yelling in his mother tongue language 'Bahasa Malaysia'. I winded down my window, asked him politely what happen. He was still yelling 'DEPAN! PANDU DEPAN'. (it means DRIVE. DRIVE FORWARD) .. Oh, my car is not park straight.. I see. Then I look at this 'policeman' and turn to look to the front. Shucks! now how am I to move my car forward if there's a car in front of mine, and another nuisance guy yelling and hands moving up and down, pointing here and there ?? Geezzz..... now I am upset!

The car in front finally move a bit and I can move too.. Still, this man cant shut up. His gaze shows as if he is so in power. Chinese verbs : SIAU KAU PUI! (Meaning a crazy dog barking) Talking to us like trainers training their dogs. Window still down, I asked for his Identification card. I have to know who the heck is this Guy? Is he the Head of Police Unit? How could a policeman wearing the usual blue uniform has no police logo on it? Instead a YELLOW huge logo on the sleeve that cant be read. I got another shocked when he yell at me talking again in Bahasa Malaysia "TIDAK PERLU TENGOK! PANDU SAJA! TIDAK PERLU TAHU". Translate to English : "DONT NEED TO SEE! DRIVE! NO NEED TO KNOW"

With so much adrenaline building up inside me, I came out from my car . I look around for his face. Finally saw him standing some few feets away, chatting with his fellow colleagues and again full of ego. I waived him to come. He came. I said very loudly I am sorry if I wrongly parked. Offered my hand for a hand shake. He refused and feel very proud. But that idiot didnt even know I said it loudly in case he is partially deaf, just for the benefit of doubts. Who knows he yells so loud because he has hearing problem?

Then I spoke to him in the language that I am sure he understand. Bahasa Malaysia. Try talking to him in English, I think he'll get migraine . I told him to show some manners when talking to vehicle owners and do not ever knocked on windows so hard. It is rude and uncall for. While I was trying to get my message across to his head, he cant stop talking and complaining. Gosh! This is the kind of standard officers we can get here in Malaysia Boleh Land. They are not well versed in English language (they expect tourists who come to Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia to be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia) , they are also obviously not well mannered.

I finally was able to shut him and his colleague (with a gun) up. I told them I PAY MY TAX. I WANT YOU TO STOP TALKING. I WANT TO TALK AND I WANT YOU TO LISTEN GOOD. With that they both shut up.

I am contemplating to file an official complaint at the Kuching International Airport because this is not the first time this has happen to me. Many of my friends complaint of this sort of treatment from Kuching International Airport too. But Hey, guess what?  There is no place to file a complaint. There is no website to do it either.

Again, they got away with harassment!

Women are born to be protective of their children and husband. If they could put a sign on their husband's forehead "DO NOT COME NEAR" , they would. Since not able to tattoo it there, wife normally would stand near and watch like a hawk. They look for hints. They are good at reading facial expressions .. So Beware!

ii) mature, working, financial independent, smartly dress, high education, confident, high position in the company, children (more than 1), travels a lot

iv) young, late 20s / early 30s, married young, children, no chance of traveling, more window shopping than buying, fashion freak, insecure

v) young, single, well taken care of by partner, colorful lifestyle, travels to overseas often, out of job, lives luxuriously, visit beauty salons more than 3 times a month, financially

dependent on the partner, no sense of belonging

These are only few types among the many................ Do you think they all react the same way towards their spouses/partners??
