I am so mad I feel like shouting #@%$ (please mind my language but I am so pissed!) . This woman that I met at my Customer's office was a pain from day 1 i know her till ....... (dont know when it's going to end). Every month when I go there to collect payment, she will give plenty of excuses such as her Boss is not in town, the cheque was wrongly issued, I was late in submitting my invoice... etc. We closed every last day of the month and I submit my invoice latest 2nd day of the following month. Is that late?? How late is it that I cannot collect payment?
You know, every follow up calls I made to her will always end up with AMWAY! Honestly, I really dont know how AMWAY train their distributors. Are they so uneducated that they cant tell from right to wrong anymore? I have joined AMWAY before back many years ago.. That reason is unacceptable because I can always use somebody else's name! I finally joined under her , hoping she will give up bugging me. The late payment is not an issue but I really cannot stand her calls and nagging on I should buy this or that, my house needs this or that, my dogs need this or that, my kids needs all those vitamins, I should use AMWAY water filter because its the BEST in the world! The most stupid thing she suggested was that I should use AMWAY detergent and stain removers for my laundry business. Can you imagine my cost??? . One thing I want to learn from AMWAY is how the heck they are able to train distributors to be so committed and crazy over sales?? What is the technique they use? Maybe I can duplicate it on my own group of agents... Before any of my readers say not every distributors are like this woman., please, she is not the first AMWAY distributor that is getting on my nerves..
After I join, she pass me the payment. The cheque was dated 3rd of the month, I got it end of the month when I fill in the membership forms and paid for it.
She found a newly established vendor. Encourage her employers to switch from my company to the new one. Giving lame excuses eg her employer wants to give them a try and that they will use back our service in the near future. Hey, I couldnt be bothered.. To me, its MERDEKA (FREEDOM!) from her. I dont need to hear her telling me I need to buy this and that... then I can see my cheque.. I dont need to hear her voice anymore. Isn't it cool? Since I don't make any profit from their business at all considering the money I need to spend, the pestering I get from her. The STRESS I have to endure. I really dont like the way she tried talking me into buying stuffs that I dont need. The way she do it is like threatening my business indirectly.. At first, I obliged her. In the end I felt I would be more at ease without their business support.
Today, she called again. She got the chick to say "How are you? Have you receive the AMAGRAM (monthly magazine from AMWAY)? Thought I call to tell you they are having trade in promo now and I think you should consider. Plus we have alot of other offers. It does not mean we cannot be friends even if we are using the new vendor. We are still friends. Don't worry, we will surely switch back to your service in the near future. We are just testing their quality and service" . Hearing her comments, I quickly told her that they should continue supporting the new vendor. Am sure the quality and service are in top form. Why does she need to find fault?
I really pity the new vendor. Just open for business and she met this woman! Of all the person in the World. Giving fake promises and lots of pestering. I can feel for her.
I am so happy my AMWAY membership is expiring next month and I am definitely NOT renewing it. Hopefully by then, I wouldnt be hearing from her ever again!!!!!!
