we only live once. we should choose our companions and friends carefully. betrayal can be very painful. you never know when it'll hit you.  you will see yourself in a corner of a room surrounded by darkness feeling so cold so lonely you wish you can just shut your eyes and when you open them everything is just a bad dream and you are at somewhere nice and wonderful.

what are friends for? we always hear this phrase but do we all know the answer to it? what are friends for? well, i don't know the answer.. thought i knew once but hey , what do i know right? just take a look at where i score at the friendship catergory. all the unexpected to happen. where do i go from here? easier said than done. how about trust? how do i start trusting again? true friends don't just hang around you when you are in top form and run with their tail behind their legs when you hit bottom. suddenly, your existence is their burden, your voice sound too high pitch, your company is embarrassing  to them, your problems, worst of all, your normal conversation seems like sarcasm to them.. huh, don't go telling them your personal problems which you only confide in your confidante, that's when they see you differently, thinking you are just one whiner and too lazy to do anything.. suddenly you are just not good enough for them.

tell me, who in their right mind, would like to hit rock bottom? only when we are in that state, we understand why some would succumb to suicide. think of the betrayals think of the loneliness, think of the emotional breakdowns, think of the mental stress... then you think to yourself, would all this happen if they didn't know your secrets? would they shut you out ? would they find you disgusting to be with? would they think you are not up to their standard? .... then your regrets come too late for comfort. 

when you face problems you cant solve no matter how hard you try, would you rather sit facing the walls till the answer fall down the sky or would you rather have some understanding friends who cared and chat with? take some heavy load of your chest, so that you can think clearly once again? if your friends are smart, hey, wouldn't you like some good tips? 

i used to think people will treat you the same way you treat them. so obviously i showered them with lots of tlc. yeah right! Very wrong. Trust me, lots of opportunists out there waiting to suck you dry then dump you like a junk!! if you treat them differently , hey, suddenly you are committing a serious crime you need punishment or time out.. 

wonder if there's any reference book out there on how to choose your friends wisely

WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS!!

Have you read the book titled "Women Are from Venus Men Are from Mars"??... for those of you who have not read this book, it may help to check it out. It tells of how women phrase their words when speaking to the male gender, the message read by them... Wow! you will be surprise by how often these are happening in our daily lives.. Anyway, i read the book few years back, i found it to be amusing in a way, because I never thought men to behave or think in such manner. BUT unless you put it into practise and work your way towards improving the relationship and unless both parties (girl and boy / hub & wife / lovers) read it together , it would not have much impact in your lives..



Girls grow up wanting to be beautiful . They loves whatever that is beautiful. Be it a mountain, a fish pond, puppies. As they are in their teens, they loves to be dress up , be popular, have many many friends around, envious of others.... and then they think they know what's love. That's when they start to have 'guy' friends... secrets among friends, giggling all the way to and fro school... soon they learn what's heartbreak all about. The feelings of loneliness, hopeless, mood swing, .. crying themselves to sleep, counting sheeps when they cant sleep... some even count the petals of roses "he loves me , he loves me not"...



Come time for earning an income , they realise parents will always be there in terms of money.. they spent all they want, they have not been taught the importance of savings, they become more and more materialistic, they start to have occasional drinking sessions, drunk driving, smoking etc... living each day to the fullest. Shortage of money never come across their mind. It never cross their minds if both parents just perished!!

ATTITUDE DETERMINES SUCCESS

Have you ever encounter someone who always tell about how she or he plans his path in life especially on career issues and along the way he/she would tell how the obstacles are blocking their goals or the small hurdles are making them tired or even getting sickly somedays... 

I have met many of those who wished they would be successful in their career yet feel burden to perform the task of achieving their goals. Some would wish to earn fast $$ , don't believe on working or building their foundations before they can see what they can achieved.

Simply put, the end results would be how much work you put in. The more you work on it and have the patience to wait, you will indeed feel victorious and fulfilled . At last , you feel proud of yourself!!!! You made it!! You reached your Goals!! ... Imagine yourself climbing the Mt. Everest .. Do you think its easy for those who reached the top and plant the flag? No way, you have to be physically strong, mentally and spiritually strong.. you have to train months before you start the journey, right?? So , there you are, when you know your goal, you know what you want, you know when you want it to happen, you stay focus and true to yourself , no matter how challenging it is or its taking longer than you expected, ... hey!!! you'll be there AS LONG AS YOU DON'T QUIT HALF WAY!!! 

Your Attitude Determines Your Success ... whether you like it or not. Not everyone is born with a silver/gold spoon... So get going and stop wasting your time. Time don't turn back or stop for no one. Its now or never...

Fashion speaks .... fashion tells a person's personality... 

i read an article once on how we can read a person's choice of lingerie just from their shoes!! I wonder if it is so. It says those shoe straps lovers are those who favors g-strings. Any comments?

Some gals strictly follows fashion sense. Some gals are just comfy with who they are and what they wear. However, there are also some older ones who feels young at heart. They are commonly seen wearing wedges, black leggings with extremely short denim skirts, matching with fitting t-shirt. They usually wear dark colors. They don't seem to mind the bulge from their waist or they just follow the fashion sense too closely that they overlook the area.

My opinion is its how we carry the clothes we are wearing .........
